BREAKING CHANGE​

  • The service will crash at startup if the Aggregation configuration file contains at least a condition that does not exist in the ER Schema or it includes an empty query. Before this update, an error was thrown at every Single View aggregation attempt, but the service would stay up. Now it stops, forcing the user to review their configurations.

  • A clean up operation is performed to remove empty conditions in the ER Schema configuration file and a safety check is performed in the Aggregation configuration file to verify if includes conditions that does not exists (or refer to empty conditions).   • Upgraded @mia-platform-internal/single-view-creator-lib to v14.5.3 to fix multiple bugs and introduce support to MongoDB v6. In particular the following improvements were made:
    • When using Single View Creator in PATCH mode, patch actions that employed complex types (such as Date) in the projection identifiers were not handled correctly (due to reconversion towards JSON string). Thus, no related Single View was updated with respect to the modified projection. To fix this behavior it has been introduced a fallback mechanism that exploits the MongoDB document identifier generated in a previous step within Fast Data flow to correctly select the projection from which the update value should be retrieved.
    • When the Kafka Message Handler failed to parse a Kafka message, instead of stopping itself to retry processing the invalid message, it simply skipped it. The correct behavior has been restored to enable retrying processing such message.
    • When UPSERT_STRATEGY is set to replace the service now adds the field createdAt every time it insert or replace a Single View
  • Upgraded service image node version to v18.13.0
